Brilliant experience! Went to get my laptop battery replaced and couldn’t have asked for better service. Was able to keep my laptop until the parts arrived, then it only took around 1.5 hours. Full clean and service as well. Very reasonably priced and communication was excellent. 10/10 would recommend 🙂

I honestly couldn’t recommend LabTech in Worthing highly enough.

From the very beginning, the whole experience was fantastic. Their website was clear, easy to navigate, and booking an appointment was simple. Before I even dropped my PlayStation off, I phoned with a few questions and everything was explained clearly, including the expected turnaround time and pricing, so I knew exactly what to expect.

When I arrived, I was made to feel welcome straight away. Everything was explained thoroughly, and it was clear that they genuinely know what they’re doing. The turnaround was incredibly quick and exactly within the timeframe I was given.

When I collected my PlayStation, I actually arrived late and was in a bit of a flap, but that wasn’t a problem at all. He was so kind, stayed behind to make sure I was sorted, and took the time to show me photos of the work he’d carried out and explain everything he’d done.

The pricing was also incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. It’s refreshing to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers.

I’ll definitely be taking all of mine and my family’s devices to LabTech in the future whenever we need repairs or advice.

I found this phone repair shop through recommendation and he didn’t disappoint . Remon is a highly professional technician/engineer with a lot of experience. When I spoke to him on the phone about reversing a fan modification to a vintage PS3 I bought, I could tell right away he was very knowledgable even with more obscure information for older consoles like this one. Always a good sign.

Efficient process; spoke on Friday, booked in online for dropoff the following Monday. In person he promised Wednesday for first look but it was diagnosed on Tuesday, clear description of work needed given to me by SMS, authorised by me, work completed, paid and collected that day. High quality work as it was reassembled so well you can't even tell it's been apart and now works like it should. Another satisfied customer!

Amazing service. I contacted Remon as my iPhone 12 screen needed to be replaced. Within half an hour of me contacting him I was at the shop. Very quick service (even after me telling Remon the wrong iPhone model) but he replaced the screen. I’ve never used this shop before but I would absolutely recommend and if ever needed I will be going back.

I had a great experience with Tech Lab. After several visits to a local repair shop for a recurring charging issue on my iPad Pro 12.9, I decided to try Tech Lab — and I’m really glad I did. They identified the problem quickly and carried out a high‑quality repair.
They also noticed some glue residue from a previous repair visit that was affecting Face ID and cleaned it up as part of the service. Everything works perfectly now.

Had an issue with my phone not connecting or charging properly, thought it would need a new charge point. Remon had a look, cleaned it out, all working great again, he refused any payment. Also he repaired an Xbox of a friend's son - all great work, fair price, and friendly service. Shame I can't give him more than 5 stars!

A week ago I brought in my PC that had various issues I was struggling to fix. Remon was happy to diagnose and let me know what the issues really were. After discussing the issues Remon got to work and completely stripped down the PC and started from scratch with a few additional components replacing the faulty ones.
