serial number if known
Broken screen, Not charging, water damage, no power, board issue, backlight issue
If there is important data on the device, select yes. sometimes we need to reset the device to complete the repair. Please make sure you backup the device before sending it for repair.
Passcode needed for testing.
History of the device and if any previous repair attempts, description how the issue happened.

I went in with an iPad that’s been unusable for years, having tried to get it fixed at other places before who’d quote £200+ telling me it was an issue with the charging port. Within 2 minutes of walking in Bossman told me it was a software issue that could be sorted for £25 in under two hours. And two hours later I walked away with my previously unusable iPad like it was brand new and I was £175 better off for it.
10/10 Cannot recommend enough
