• Accessories and devices can be returned within 14 days if unused and in brand-new condition.

• Opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

• For mail-in repair returns, diagnostic and postage fees are non-refundable.

• Devices not collected within 56 days may be recycled

• Water-damaged devices carry no guarantee and may worsen upon opening

• Repairs may void your manufacturer’s warranty

• Warranty applies only to the original fault and customer, and excludes accidental or liquid damage

• We do not take responsibility for lost data; always back up your device

• Repair warranty covers only the replaced part and original fault
