4. Information on devices given to Tech Lab
Devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, computers and storage devices can contain substantial amounts of personal information.
We recognise that customers are placing significant trust in us when giving us access to their equipment.
Our technicians will only access information stored on your device where this is reasonably necessary to:

We do not access personal files simply because we have possession of your device.

5. Device passwords, PINs and passcodes
In some cases we may require a device password, PIN or passcode so that we can properly diagnose or test a device.
Where a passcode is provided:
